Research from MoneySupermarket has shown that nearly a third of British consumers are seriously concerned about their personal finances and debt problems.
Figures from the group show that 30% of people are worried about their financial future. Only 16% were able to say that they had no financial problems to worry about.
Tim Moss from MoneySupermarket said the important thing consumers should remember is that they must take action. He commented, "Anyone starting to worry about their financial situation shouldn't bury their head in the sand".
